Drip Curing Method-Save upto 80% water

Now every structure is mostly made up of concrete and steel. Where Concrete is mixture of cement, aggregate, sand and water etc. Every concrete structure have to bear load and also be durable. For these we chose the concrete grade. The curing of concrete also had a huge impact in durability and strength of concrete.
There are couple of methods for curing of concrete structure like Gunny bags and Spraying water (both are most common used in India). But it consumed lot of water, energy and time.
Now In Ahmedabad (India), a construction based startup named Cure It came up with an innovative idea which save upto 80 percent water. These startup was founded by Abhishek Mandaliya in 2016.
These unique solution is known as Drip Curing. It dripped a very small amount of water at very slow rate. These method took inspiration from drip irrigation system in agriculture field.

It has a 1000L water tank which take only half an hour to fill from which water get sprinkled continously. You can repeat these multiple times a day. He said that these is story of just one small scale site. After a years of research, He found these method is both cheap and efficient.
Working of System
It include a mutli layered sheets consist of PVC sheets, gunny bags and water pockets. The water pockets hold water, PVC allow water move down to concrete and Gunny bags allow the cool down the temperature around concrete.
There is need of filling water in pockets only once a day. It automatically start working on filling. The optimal amount of dripped water make quality and durability of concrete perfect. A cubic meter of concrete column need only 20L of water through these method.
It saves man hours, electricity required for pumping of water and mutli use also reduce cost.
